Weddings have a way of etching themselves into memory—especially when every detail is intentional. This summer, we had the honor of serving wedding coffee catering for Kerry + Josh’s beautiful outdoor celebration.
What made it unforgettable? Among dancing, vows, and toasts, guests were delighted to receive espresso drinks topped with custom-printed latte art—featuring none other than their fur baby. It was a small but powerful detail that tied the day together in heart and design.
Why Wedding Coffee Catering Matters
Coffee isn’t just a beverage—it’s hospitality in action. When couples choose a coffee catering service, they invite guests into a moment of pause, connection, and sensory delight. The aroma, the design, and the personal touch all convey care.
In Kerry + Josh’s case, the latte art became a conversation piece, a photo moment, and a keepsake—blurring the line between function and memory.
Crafting the Experience
We set up a branded espresso performance station in the outdoor reception area. As guests queued for drinks, they witnessed the latte printing machine inscribe their pet’s silhouette onto foam—a detail that immediately elevated the experience.
Throughout the event, the coffee bar became a gathering point: people chatted while waiting, laughed over their designs, and then carried their cups like mini works of art. In a way, the coffee became part of the décor and storytelling.
