INTENTIONAL ESPRESSO
Every event is unique, so we build custom quotes rather than fixed packages. Our coffee catering typically ranges from $800 for intimate two-hour events to $7,000+ for large-scale corporate activations and multi-cart weddings. Pricing depends on guest count, event duration, service format, and custom branding options like cart wraps or logo-printed latte art. Reach out with a few details about your event and we'll get you a personalized quote quickly.
We recommend planning for approximately 1.5 drinks per guest for events that span cocktail hour and reception, and 1 drink per guest for shorter service windows. For all-day corporate events or multi-day conferences, planning for 2 drinks per guest is often more accurate. When we build your quote, we'll help you land on the right number based on your event's flow and timing.
For many couples, yes, especially for weddings that run into the evening or start with a morning ceremony. A hosted coffee bar keeps guests energized, gives them something warm on cool Pacific Northwest evenings, and creates a memorable moment (particularly with custom latte art printing featuring your monogram or wedding branding). Guests remember the details, and coffee is often one of the most-photographed elements of a reception.
We handle setup, service, and breakdown independently, your only job is telling us where to park the cart. We arrive 60 to 90 minutes before service, bring our own water and equipment, and only need access to a standard 120-volt, 20-amp electrical outlet. Our carts are fully self-contained, so we can serve indoors or outdoors, at rustic vineyard venues or polished ballrooms, without any special infrastructure from your venue.
Everything needed for service: commercial espresso machine, grinder, water, all milk options (whole, oat, almond, and more), syrups, cups, and a trained professional barista. We bring our own water — we only need a standard 120v 20amp outlet. No water hookups or special infrastructure required.
We recommend booking 3 to 6 months in advance to guarantee your preferred date and cart availability. Our calendar stays busy year-round, with particularly high demand around wedding season and corporate holiday events in the fall and winter. That said, many of our clients book with just 2 to 4 weeks' notice, and we're often able to accommodate last-minute requests, so don't hesitate to reach out regardless of your event date.
We're based in Tigard, Oregon, and serve the entire greater Portland metro are, including Portland, Beaverton, Hillsboro, Lake Oswego, Tigard, Tualatin, West Linn, Gresham, Clackamas, and Sherwood, as well as Vancouver, Camas, and Southwest Washington, and cities throughout Greater Oregon including Salem, McMinnville, and Newberg. We cater weddings, corporate events, conferences, brand activations, grand openings, private celebrations, employee appreciation events, and recurring hospitality partnerships. We're equally comfortable at intimate 50-guest gatherings and 5,000-guest multi-day conferences, and we specialize in fully hosted, branded coffee experiences, not per-drink vendor setups.
Each drink is crafted with a double shot of freshly pulled espresso and freshly steamed milk (never re-steamed or bulk-steamed). One barista can serve 50 to 75 guests per hour on a single cart while maintaining that quality. For larger events or tighter service windows, we bring in additional cart setups, and we can also add self-serve brewed coffee and tea to increase capacity when needed.
No — we're a mobile espresso cart, not a truck. The cart fits through standard doorways and elevators, which is how we serve indoors or outdoors: ballrooms, hotel lobbies, and offices fifteen floors up, as easily as a garden ceremony.
Our beans come from Thornton Family Roasters, located in Beaverton, Oregon. We use their signature espresso blend as our house standard, ensuring consistent, high-quality coffee at every event.
Yes. We carry caffeinated beans as our default, but decaf coffee is available upon request. Just let us know when you book and we'll bring it along.
Yes. We offer oat milk, almond milk, and other alternatives as standard. Let us know your guests' preferences when booking and we'll bring everything you need.
We require one standard 120-volt, 20-amp electrical outlet on a dedicated circuit. The ideal setup space is an 8-by-8-foot section, but we can work with a 4.5-by-8-foot area. We bring our own water, though we appreciate access to a potable water source in case we need to refill.
Yes. We are fully licensed and insured, including a catering license with the local health department, and we're an approved vendor at the Oregon Convention Center. If your company or venue requires a Certificate of Insurance for an event, we're happy to provide one, just ask.
Custom branding transforms coffee service into a signature moment for your event. Branded cups, cart wraps, and logo-printed latte art create memorable impressions, reinforce your brand identity, and become organic social media content when guests photograph their drinks. For corporate events and brand activations, it's one of the highest-visibility touchpoints of the day — and unlike many event elements, guests carry it around and share it.
All of our baristas are W-2 employees, not 1099 contractors. That means they receive Workers' Compensation coverage, ongoing training, and consistent leadership from our team, not just gig-by-gig staffing. For clients and venues, it also means you're never carrying employment liability for someone working at your event. If your company or venue requires a Certificate of Insurance for the event, we're happy to provide one.
