Corporate Coffee Catering FAQ
Can you print our logo on the drinks?
Yes. Our Ripples printer prints logos, artwork, campaign hashtags, and QR codes directly onto the foam of each drink. Send us your artwork ahead of the event and we'll test it in advance so you see exactly how it will look.
How many people can you serve?
A single cart serves 50 to 75 drinks per hour. For larger activations we deploy multiple carts and baristas. We've staffed events from 50 guests up to 5,000.
Can you work inside the Oregon Convention Center?
Yes. We're an approved Oregon Convention Center vendor, and we work directly with Levy and Food Fleet at venues where hospitality is operated exclusively.
How far in advance should we book?
Three to six months guarantees your date, especially during conference season. Many corporate activations book two to four weeks out, so it's worth asking even on short notice.
Can the cart itself be branded?
Yes. We can wrap the cart in your campaign artwork and coordinate cup sleeves, signage, and a custom drink named for the activation.
What do you need from the venue?
We only need a standard 120v 20amp outlet. No water hookups or special infrastructure required. We coordinate directly with your venue ahead of time to confirm power access and the best placement for flow.
How much does a branded activation cost?
Investment ranges from $1,100 to $3,500 for a typical 100 to 150 guest activation, depending on service length, cart count, and branding. Activations of 50 guests or fewer start at $800 for two hours. Larger multi-day activations are quoted by cart count and service length, and range to $7,000 and up.
