Every package includes a styled espresso cart, professional baristas, a full espresso menu with customizable drinks, all cups and supplies, and complete setup and teardown.

How far in advance should we book?

Three to six months guarantees your date, especially during wedding and conference season. Many events book two to four weeks out, so it's worth asking even on short notice.

How much does coffee catering cost?

Most events invest $1,100-$3,500 for 100-150 guests, depending on the experience level you choose. We serve events from 50 guests to 5,000; larger events are quoted by cart count and service length. Your final quote is based on guest count, service duration, and location.

We only need a standard 120v 20amp outlet. No water hookups or special infrastructure required. We coordinate directly with your venue ahead of time to confirm power access and placement.

Yes. We serve the Portland metro and greater Oregon directly, and we can arrange coffee catering nationwide through our trusted partner network.
