Q: How many guests can you serve per hour?
A: One barista serves up to 40 drinks per hour, and two baristas can serve up to 75 drinks per hour. We recommend 1.5 drinks per guest when planning your event.
Q: What's included with your mobile espresso bar?
A: Everything. We bring the espresso machine, grinder, water, power, milk, syrups, cups, and a professional barista. We're fully self-contained if you have no kitchen access, water hookup, from your venue."
Q: Can you customize the cart with our company branding?
A: Absolutely. We offer full cart wraps ($600), front logo placement ($250), custom cup sleeves, and our Ripples latte printer ($400/day) that prints your logo or design directly onto each drink.
Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: We recommend 2-4 weeks for most events. During peak season (June-September), 4-6 weeks is ideal for weddings and large corporate events. We can sometimes accommodate last-minute bookings just a few days out — we just can't guarantee availability, so the sooner you reach out the better.
