Last weekend, we had the joy of providing mobile coffee catering for Anne and Aaron’s pre-wedding celebration. We collaborated with their planner Katie O., from Your Perfect Bridesmaid, aboard the historic Sternwheeler. It was the perfect blend of adventure, hospitality, and handcrafted detail — complete with donuts, espresso, and latte art that made guests smile from the first sip.
A Floating Wedding Coffee Bar on the Willamette
Our team arrived early to set up the espresso cart on the stern (the back of the boat). Everything was ready — beans ground, milks chilled, latte printer queued for custom artwork — when we realized the power source on deck couldn’t support our full setup.
It’s moments like these that define our craft. Within minutes, our baristas shifted gears, relocating the cart to the bow of the boat where a stronger power connection awaited. Guests never noticed the change. Service resumed seamlessly, and lattes flowed without a hiccup.
