Event Lead​

Based out of Beaverton, Oregon - serving the greater Portland-metro area. ​

Responsibilities

Pre-Event

• Coordinate with Installer to ensure all event supplies are stocked and prepped.

• Double-check inventory.

• Communicate with other baristas on shift.

• Check-in with day-of coordinator or client.

Event Execution

• Serve as the lead barista at events, ensuring all beverages are made to standard and poured with and latte art.

• Set up the coffee cart to the client’s specifications, ensuring all details align with the clients and Intentional Espresso's standards.

• Be the primary contact for clients during the event, delivering exceptional service and managing any requests or feedback.

• Engage with guests in a fun and professional manner, encouraging positive Google reviews and discussing future catering opportunities with interested clients or guests.

• Take photos and videos of event (if able) to send to Marketing Director.

 

Post-Event

• Ensure all equipment and supplies are cleaned, organized, and properly put away.

• Coordinate with Installer to ensure all equipment and supplies are returned to HQ and restocked If needed. 

• Provide client feedback to supervisors and share any opportunities for improvement.

 

Qualifications

• Certified barista or equivalent experience, with proficiency in latte art.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and handle event setup with care and precision.

• Must be able to stay standing for long periods of time.

• Strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.

• Reliable transportation to travel to event locations.

  • HQ is in the Beaverton, Oregon area and events happen around the greater Portland-metro area. ​

• Team leadership experience, with the ability to provide feedback and support baristas on-site.

• Must have a valid Food Handler's card.

Job Details

• 20+ hours a week, with opportunities for additional hours and future growth as the company expands.
